The Grammy Awards have been postponed for a second year in a row, with organizers citing a surge in cases of the Omicron coronavirus variant. VOA also speaks with ToluMide, a Nigerian-Canadian artist, based in the DC area who has submitted her songs to the Grammy and who explains how it works.
