Much of the hour, Heather Maxwell presents an in-depth interview with Washington DC-based, South African musician Mongezi Ntaka. They talk about Ntaka’s debut album Ngoma Zethu: The Seven Chapters of Mystery, released January 2021, and sample each track. Featured artists on the album include prominent artist from Africa (Vusi Mahlasela) and the diaspora (Kamel Zennia, DJ Njuchi, Lorraine Klaasen, Masauko, Kuku & GPS Lerato, and Mighty Joshua).
