Analyst: African Leaders Should Be Wary of RSF Leader's Talk

Sudanese analyst Suliman Baldo who heads Sudan Transparency and Policy Tracker tells VOA's James Butty that African leaders and the international community should wake up to the human rights and regional security challenges posed by the brutal Sudan conflict, especially after RSF leader Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo recently toured several African countries trying to appear as a statesman.
