Amnesty: Survivors of War and Ebola Need Support in Sierra Leone

A report by Amnesty International says survivors of war and Ebola outbreaks in Sierra Leone have not received adequate mental health support. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Sierra Leone health minister Austin Demby who says the government is doing all it can with limited resources.
