Exiled opposition candidate announces return to Mozambique

Mozambique’s opposition presidential candidate Venancio Mondlane says he'll return home from exile this Thursday whether he gets arrested or not. President-elect Daniel Chapo is to be sworn in January 15. Mondlane led protests against the October presidential election, calling it fraudulent.
