South Sudan’s environmental hazards

A South Sudanese journalist who worked on the BBC Africa Eye documentary on oil field environmental damage, "Poisoned Floods," says she witnessed one of the massive hazards. Maura Ajak tells VOA’s John Tanza there is evidence of severe birth defects in newborns suspected to be caused by oil-polluted soil and water.
