South Sudan refugee plan

The South Sudan government says it will soon roll out a program for refugees to return to the country. South Sudan’s vice president for the Gender and Youth Cluster says the plan seeks to create a safe environment for millions of South Sudanese internally displaced persons or refugees living outside the country.
