South Sudan Pays Regional Bloc, EAC, Millions for Annual Arrears

The undersecretary in South Sudan’s Ministry of East African Affairs said the transitional government of national unity has paid $7 million to the East African Community, EAC, as part of the country’s arrears and annual contributions. Charlton Doki reports from Juba.
