Lesotho’s Leader Promises More Stability

The new leader of Lesotho’s All Basotho Convention party Nkaku Kabi says that reforming the country’s governance system is a top priority. Kabi adds that implementing the reforms would lead to a more stable government. VOA’s James Butty spoke with Nkaku Kabi.
