DRC Top Court: No Jurisdiction to Try Former PM

The Democratic Republic of Congo's constitutional court ruled that it doesn't have the jurisdiction to try former Prime Minister Augustin Matata for the alleged embezzlement of public funds. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Congolese politician Noel Tshiani about the ruling.
