Mali Pushes Back Against ECOWAS Directive

The West African regional group ECOWAS has hardened its stance against military-rule in Mali. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to political analyst Ibrahima Kane who said he doesn’t understand how ECOWAS can insist on Mali having elections when ECOWAS itself has recognized the country's security challenges.
