Rwandan Army Says It 'Unintentionally' Crossed DRC Border

The Rwandan Defense Force says its troops “unintentionally” entered neighboring Democratic Republic of Congo on Monday. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to army spokesperson Colonel Ronald Rwivanga who says the troops were chasing smugglers believed to be armed.
