Uganda's Parliament Minority Leader Calls Internet Tax Into Question

Mathias Mpuuga, the minority leader in Uganda's parliament, is calling on the government to immediately abolish the new internet tax saying it is aimed at undermining free speech. For Nightline Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to Mpuuga about his concerns.
