Ghana Activists Call for Legislative Reform

In Ghana, Care for Free and Fair Elections, a civil society group, is calling for legislative and administrative reforms. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to the group's David Kumi Addo who says reforms must be implemented to improve on electoral security.
