Lesotho Small Business Budget Focuses on Youth

Lesotho's minister for Small Business, Cooperatives and Marketing, Thesele Maseribane, wants government funds to help empower Lesotho's youth. For Nightline Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to Maseribane who said students need training in information technology, carpentry and masonry.
