Congo Activists Call for Presidential Election Boycott

The executive director of the National Congress, a civil society group, is calling on citizens in the Republic of Congo to boycott the March 21 presidential election. For Nightline Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to the group's director, Teylama Miabey, who said the results appear predetermined.
