Former Ivory Coast President Set to Return

Supporters of former Ivory Coast president Laurent Gbagbo say they are excited about his possible return after he was issued passports in Belgium. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Jean Gervais Tcheide, a member of Gbagbo's party, about conditions for his arrival.
