Democratic Republic of Congo prime minister,Sylvestre Ilunga Ilunkamba was voted out of office on Wednesday by parliament. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty reports Ilunga, an ally of former President Joseph Kabila, was not in parliament because he said the meeting was unconstitutional.
