The South Sudan government and opposition groups that did not sign the 2018 peace agreement have resumed talks in Rome Tuesday — months after the government pulled out of the talks. Barnaba Marial Benjamin, South Sudan’s presidential affairs minister, who is heading the government's delegation at the talks says the government is committed to moving the country forward on the road to peace.
